Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor/ Videographer & Content Creator to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content—from property tours to social media reels—and creating engaging visual content that drives brand awareness and audience engagement.
The ideal candidate has strong videography and editing skills, a flair for storytelling, and a passion for creating impactful content across various digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Film and edit property tours, promotional videos, and client testimonials
- Create short-form content for social media platforms (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
- Develop and execute content ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule content
- Maintain consistency with brand voice, style, and visual identity
- Stay up-to-date with trends in real estate marketing and digital content
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in videography, video editing, and content creation
- Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- Skilled in using camera equipment, lighting, and audio tools
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of visual storytelling
- Experience with real estate or lifestyle content is a plus
