Z A R F S Worldwide Properties L.L.C is seeking a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor with proven experience in the real estate sector to produce compelling content for roadshows, agent branding, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create engaging visual content that enhances brand visibility and agent presence across digital platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Capture and produce high-quality video content for real estate roadshows, expos, and live events.
- Create dynamic personal branding videos for agents, including introductions, client interactions, market insights, and success stories.
- Film and edit promotional videos, behind-the-scenes content, interviews, and property walkthroughs.
- Plan, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos tailored for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.), websites, and presentations.
- Work with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with ZARF’s branding and marketing strategy.
- Edit raw footage into polished, professional content with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and background music.
- Capture and edit content during local and international roadshows, with the ability to travel if required.
- Organize and archive footage for easy access and reuse.
- Write scripts and concepts for agent videos, property features, roadshow coverage, and branding content.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience in videography and editing, preferably in real estate or event coverage.
- Strong ability to write compelling, concise scripts for real estate audiences.
- Proficiency in editing tools.
- Excellent sense of visual storytelling and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and event-based schedules.
- A creative mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
