Job Description
- Personalized and Anticipatory Service: Meeting individual needs and preferences, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Household Management: Overseeing the smooth operation of a residence, including staff coordination, event planning, and managing property logistics.
- Travel Coordination: Arranging itineraries, packing luggage, and handling travel-related logistics.
- Fine Dining and Beverage Service: Mastering fine dining etiquette, wine service, and ensuring smooth execution of dining experiences.
- Wardrobe Management: Maintaining and organizing clothing, ensuring it is well-maintained and appropriate for different occasions.
- Errand Running: Handling errands, shopping, and other tasks as directed by the employer or guests.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintaining the highest level of privacy and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Professionalism: Maintaining a professional appearance, demeanor, and work ethic at all times.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with staff, guests, and employers.
- Problem-Solving: Addressing guest needs promptly and efficiently.
- Security: Ensuring the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
