Job Description
About the Role
As a Virtual Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer relationships, ensuring that clients receive top-tier service and tailored solutions to meet their financial needs. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, offering expert advice, problem-solving, and fostering long-term relationships.
What You Will Be Doing
Achieve budgeted sales and service targets within acceptable risk standards.
Regularly review customer portfolios to identify business opportunities and cross-sell financial products.
Manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring outstanding service and aligning with expectations.
Provide specialist guidance, advice, and resolution of customer queries to achieve satisfaction.
Ensure all tasks are completed with precision, adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, operations, and business support units, to streamline processes.
Maintain professionalism and integrity, aligning with the Staff Code of Conduct.
