We are currently seeking an experienced waitress have at least 3 years of experience in the F&B
Waiter Qualifications:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should meet the following qualifications:
Must have a valid residency (Iqama) and be able to transfer it.
Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus.
Ability to take orders accurately and deliver them efficiently.
Polite, friendly, and presentable appearance.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Good memory and attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
