Job Title: Waiter / Waitress

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waitress / Waiter to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, be attentive to guest needs, and ensure prompt and efficient service in a lively restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating when required.
- Present menus, provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and overall experience.
- Clear and clean tables efficiently while maintaining a tidy dining area.
- Process guest bills accurately and handle payments (cash/card) with care.
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell additional products when appropriate (e.g., drinks, desserts).
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally or escalate to a supervisor when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waitress, server, or similar role in a restaurant or café setting.
- Cancelled / visit visa only preferred
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Basic math and POS handling skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage items.
- Previous experience in a sports bar, hotel, or high-volume restaurant is a plus.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
