- Greet and escort guests to their tables; provide attentive, friendly service
- Set up and maintain tables with linens, silverware, glasses, and centerpieces
- Take and serve beverage orders professionally and promptly
- Clear courses, refill water, and pre-bus tables efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, decks, and service stations
- Monitor buffet area and ensure food is replenished, especially for large groups
- Communicate clearly with guests about menu items and ingredients
- Follow health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation
- Assist with docking operations, ropes, and lines as needed
- Support teammates with side duties like restocking, folding cutlery, and cleaning
- Remain calm and professional with all guests, including in challenging situations
- Uphold a presentable appearance and positive attitude at all times
- Has basic knowledge of emergency procedures and able to act accordingly using training (e.g., STCW)
