Job Description:
Smoke Lab is looking for friendly and reliable Waiters/Waitresses to join our service team. If you have a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a lively environment, and can provide excellent customer service, we’d love to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
- Assist customers in selecting shisha flavors and menu items
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set at all times
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for smooth service
- Handle billing and payments efficiently
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the service area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Polite, energetic, and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and during live events
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic English communication required; Arabic or Hindi is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
