Waiter/Captain

We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and experienced Waiter/Captain to join our front-of-house team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and managing customer needs with professionalism and hospitality. As a Captain, you may also guide junior staff, coordinate floor operations, and ensure smooth service during busy hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Waiter Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and present menus.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Handle billing and payments efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times.

Captain Duties (if assigned):

• Supervise and assist fellow waiters to ensure smooth service.
• Allocate tables and manage reservations.
• Coordinate between kitchen and service staff during peak times.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally.
• Assist with staff training and daily briefings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
