We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to provide an exceptional dining experience to our guests. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with grace
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and issue receipts using POS systems
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Neat appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Must be currently resident available to join immediately
