Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve orders promptly while maintaining service quality.
- Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and set up properly for the next guests.
- Handle guest complaints politely and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waitress or in customer service (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good memory and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Professional grooming and presentation.
