We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waitress to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.Customer Service:
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.

Service Delivery:
Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner. - Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
Communication & Teamwork:
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff regarding orders.- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Report any customer concerns or complaints to the supervisor or manager.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and dining area.- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Handle tableware, cutlery, and glasses with care.
Billing & Payments:
Prepare and present bills to customers.- Handle cash, card, and POS transactions accurately.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a waitress/waiter or in a customer service role is preferred.- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
