Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and efficient waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a waitress, you will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems or by hand
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check on guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally
- Process bills and take payments (cash, credit, or digital)
- Clean tables and reset them for the next customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods
- Ability to handle stressful situations and high-volume service times
- Team player with a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift trays of food and drinks (up to 25 lbs)
- Standing, walking, bending, and carrying for extended periods
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
