We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Credit Card Executive to promote and sell credit card products to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting tailored credit card options, and driving customer acquisition through effective sales techniques. This role is key to increasing our credit card portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and sell the bank's credit card products to potential customers.
- Identify and approach prospective clients through field visits, referrals, or tele-calling.
- Explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria of various credit card products.
- Complete application processes, perform necessary verifications, and follow up on documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the credit card business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma (bachelor's degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in credit cards or retail banking.
- Skills: Proven sales success, strong communication skills, and customer relationship abilities.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of banking regulations.
- Adaptability: Willingness to work flexible hours.
