We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales or service targets. This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate products, services, or solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sales, retention, or service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through company processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Participate in promotional events, client meetings, and product presentations as needed.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and company offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service (industry-specific experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for building relationships.
