We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building lasting relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential and track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback and professional development.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM practices is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
