Founded in 2021, YOOCHA MATCHA is the matcha purveyor of choice of 800+ Cafes and Specialty Coffee Shops in the UAE, KSA, and other GCC countries. We are growing and looking for a Stock Controller.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the unloading of incoming shipments, ensuring that all goods are handled with care to prevent damage during the unloading process.
- Maintain highly accurate inventory records using sophisticated warehouse management systems, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and readily accessible.
- Implement efficient storage solutions that optimize the use of warehouse space, ensuring that goods are stored in a manner that facilitates easy retrieval and maximizes space utilization.
- Process customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that all items are picked correctly and promptly.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to specific packing guidelines and ensuring that all necessary documentation and labeling are included.
- Prepares shipping documents, which involves creating shipping labels, bills, and other paperwork required for shipment.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipments.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in inventory or warehouse management or order fulfillment.
- F&B or retail experience is mandatory.
- Must be able to speak Tagalog.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Independent individual with effective problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a car.
- Currently based in UAE
