Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Dispatch Coordinator to manage and streamline our warehouse and delivery operations. This role involves overseeing inventory, preparing and dispatching deliveries, receiving incoming goods, and ensuring all vehicles meet hygiene and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, including stock levels, stock rotation, and expiry tracking
- Prepare and organize customer deliveries based on daily dispatch schedules
- Receive incoming products, verify quantities and quality, and ensure proper storage
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure hygiene and compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse and dispatch activities
- Work closely with the production and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Follow and enforce all safety, quality, and food safety procedures within the warehouse and during transport
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or dispatch coordination (preferably in food industry)
- Good understanding of inventory management and basic recordkeeping
- Familiarity with hygiene and food safety requirements in handling and transportation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., Excel, inventory systems)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
