1. Role Purpose:
To support the delivery process by ensuring accurate order handling, assisting drivers, maintaining documentation, and providing courteous service to customers. This role also involves adhering to health, safety, and quality standards while contributing to efficient logistics operations.
2. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain proper knowledge of all FINE SKUs to ensure accurate order handling.
- Verify picked goods for correct quantity and quality prior to delivery.
- Assist drivers with route coordination and ensure timely deliveries.
- Demonstrate basic customer service skills, maintaining polite and courteous conduct at all times.
- Handle delivery documentation and ensure proper return to the warehouse.
- Help in moving merchandise to the delivery area to streamline distribution.
- Secure stock safely within delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Occupational Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):
- Comply with the company’s HSE policies and procedures, including the SCD safety expectations and use of required PPE.
- Take responsibility for personal safety and that of others who may be impacted by work activities.
- Actively report all types of unsafe behavior, unsafe conditions, near misses, and incidents immediately, while taking corrective actions where appropriate.
4. Quality Responsibilities:
- Follow IMS policies and procedures to support product and process quality.
- Comply with Quality Expectations throughout the delivery and handling process.
- Ensure completion of all In-Process Quality Tests in the IMS system during the shift.
- Consistently execute CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, Lubrication), CL (Centerlining), DH (Defect Handling), and PM (Preventive Maintenance) systems.
- Proactively raise Quality Alerts in the system for any issues related to processes or equipment.

6. Qualifications, Experience, and Knowledge:
- Successfully completed SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) or equivalent.
- Beginner-level English language skills (spoken and written) – Level 1.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to delivery operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Displays intermediate-level customer focus in daily interactions.
