- Ability to read and follow instructions (packing lists, labels, etc.).
- Basic math skills for counting inventory.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move heavy items.

- Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, dusty environments).
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
