What Will You Be Doing in the Driver’s Seat?
- Take full ownership of customer complaints raised through our portal — from first contact to final resolution.
- Speak with customers in a clear, confident, and convincing manner, educating them where needed, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
- Coordinate inspections at the customer’s location or arrange for vehicle pickup to our workshop when necessary.
- Think on your feet, adapt to each case, and avoid taking a defensive tone even with demanding customers.
- Collaborate with inspectors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure quick turnaround and customer satisfaction.
- Keep every case on your radar — because the end-to-end resolution is your lane to own.
What’s Under the Hood:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile sector, preferably in a workshop or customer-facing warranty/service role.
- Strong command of both English and Hindi—know how to handle tough conversations with patience, empathy, and clarity.
- Solid knowledge of automotive components.
- No fancy degrees required, just real-world experience and automotive know-how.
- UAE work experience is a bonus.
- Must be articulate and pleasant to interact with.
