Job Title: Wedding Sales Consultant (Sales Executive)
Location: Dubai, Onsite
Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month + Uncapped Commissions (Monthly)
About the Role
We are growing fast and need high-performing sales professionals. As a Wedding Sales Consultant you will speak with couples every day, understand their situation, and help them choose the right wedding package. This role is about listening, advising, and closing — no cold calling, all inbound leads.
What You Will Do
- Handle 20+ new inbound leads each day and manage 50+ daily follow-ups
- Guide clients through available wedding solutions with clarity and confidence
- Consistently close 30+ weddings or packages per month
- Maintain full discipline in CRM, ensuring no lead is left behind
- Collaborate with operations and coordination teams to ensure smooth delivery
We Are Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of high-volume B2C sales experience in the UAE (hospitality, travel, visa, or lifestyle packages preferred)
- Proven top 10 percent performer in your sales team or company
- Excellent communicator with strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
- Hungry, financially driven, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Arabic, Tagalog, or Russian speakers preferred
