- Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
- Procure automotive parts, components, and accessories based on workshop requirements and repair schedules.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder parts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with mechanics and workshop managers to understand parts requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to minimize vehicle downtime.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Handle procurement documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
