We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer & Draftsperson with proven expertise in preparing high-quality shop drawings and producing photorealistic 3D renders for interior and architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be proficient in industry-standard tools like 3ds Max, Lumion, Corona Renderer, and possess experience working on projects in the UAE.
- Prepare accurate shop drawings based on design concepts, client requirements, and project specifications.
- Create realistic 3D visualizations for interior, exterior, and landscape designs.
- Work closely with the design and technical teams to translate concepts into detailed technical and presentation drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE standards, project timelines, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Optimize 3D models and rendering settings for high-quality outputs while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain organized drawing archives and update drawings as per site changes or client feedback.
