Job description
We are seeking an experienced ABA Therapist with a UAE Residence visa. Please refrain from applying if you do not meet these requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of students at all times.
- Implement ABA to teach developmentally appropriate functional skills based on the treatment plan developed by BCBA.
- Work with individual students or small groups within the school environment.
- Responsible for regular upkeep of materials, and student documentation.
- professionally interact with parents and others.
- Assist learners with health and hygiene practices.
- Participate in staff meetings and mandatory in-service training.
- Receive passing scores on ongoing competency evaluations.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Compassionate, energetic, and dedicated to Persons of Determination.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavior Sciences, Education, or equivalent field.
- Certified RBT, IBT, or ABAT.
- Excellent English oral and written communication.
- Organization and Professionalism.
- Ability to lift 15kg/30 lbs. (to lift a child).
- At least 2 years experience as an ABA Therapist in a clinic or school.
- 2 recent professional references.
- Dubai Police Clearance Certificate.
- Occupational Health Card
