Document Controller Cum Secretary.
Preferred: Someone with previous Construction Experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Assist in preparing Material Submittal & Quotations.
- Assist in preparing estimations.
- Assist in making purchase orders.
- Informs visitors by answering or Referring inquiries & Referring Emails.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges, maintaining diaries, and arranging appointments
HR worker includes:
- Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications
- Interview applicants about their experience, education, and skills
- Contact references and perform background checks
- Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions
- Hire or refer qualified candidates
- Conduct new employee orientations
- Process paperwork
- Maintains Employee Database Soft & Hard Copy
- Maintains Visa, EID, Labour Records
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
