We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between our agency and its clients. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and keeping communication clear and consistent. This role focuses on client management, not internal creative execution, ensuring clients remain informed, supported, and confident in our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Receive client briefs, clarify requirements, and communicate them effectively to the internal team.
- Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage client expectations regarding scope, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role in a creative, marketing, or media agency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage expectations and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Understanding of marketing, creative processes, or agency workflows is an advantage.
