Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates interested in gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing and client relationship management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support Account Managers in daily client servicing tasks such as internal coordination, meeting scheduling, and campaign follow-ups.
- Prepare, update, and analyze performance reports using tools like Power BI and Google Sheets to extract insights and track KPIs.
- Document and track client feedback, campaign outcomes, and action items across accounts.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic planning and recommendations.
- Maintain internal documentation, databases, and trackers for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (influencer, creative, operations, etc.) to gather inputs and ensure smooth execution.
- Attend and shadow client and internal meetings to observe account strategy, performance reviews, and team workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
- Recent graduate in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Stronganalytical and reporting skills.
- Clear and effective communication.
