We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant cum Admin to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and handle accounting responsibilities. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, organizational skills, basic financial knowledge, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Accounting Duties:

· Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial reports.

· Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and petty cash management.

· Prepare vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.

· Assist in payroll preparation and employee reimbursements.

· Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

· Support in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

· Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and clients regarding accounts-related matters.

Administrative Duties:

· Manage office operations, correspondence, and filing systems.

· Maintain employee records and handle HR-related documentation.

· Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers for office needs.

· Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and official letters.

· Maintain and prepare daily work progress from site Engineers.

· Assist Engineers in tenders enquiry, submittals and follow-up with suppliers, clients.

· Manage inventory of office/Site supplies and equipment.

· Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and handle travel arrangements.

· Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

· Proven experience as an Admin Executive, Accountant, or similar role.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and accounting software (e.g., Tally or ERP).

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in payroll processing and VAT/Tax filing.

· Knowledge of HR and office management practices.

· Fluency in English.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
