Role Overview
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for overseeing property transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The role involves managing client portfolios, leading negotiations, ensuring compliance with real estate laws, and building strong networks to maximize business opportunities. The broker acts as the main link between clients and the company to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
- Prospect for new clients through networking, cold calling, advertising, and referrals.
- Conduct property listings, market analysis, and property valuations.
- Manage and oversee the sales and leasing process from listing to closing.
- Negotiate offers, draft agreements, and ensure proper documentation.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of property laws, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and digital marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
