Administration & Accounts Executive – Immediate Hiring (Dubai, Jumeirah 1)

- Candidate must be able to travel daily to Jumeirah 1, Dubai (or be willing to relocate).
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle bookkeeping & general accounting (advanced Excel is a must – we work fully on Excel).
- Prepare reports & manage administration tasks using MS Word, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT.
- Manage daily office administration & coordination.
- Handle HR functions: onboarding, employee files & documentation, payroll, staff management.
- Act as the bridge between employees and management.
- Communicate with clients and management in fluent English (spoken & written with perfect grammar).
Requirements:
- Strong Excel (advanced level), Word, PowerPoint, and administrative skills.
- Excellent English communication & writing skills.
- Prior experience in Accounts, HR, and Admin.
- Must be based in UAE with immediate availability.
