Job Title: Admin cum Accounts Assistant (Tagalog)
Job Description:
- Expertly manage day-to-day scheduling, coordination, and meeting logistics
- Prepared for professional and personal events and meetings.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Knowledgeable with U.A.E bank procedure such as for recording, processing and providing necessary information for the management team of the bank according to the regulations and provisions of the law.
- Manage all accounting transactions.
- Should be proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
