Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Intern to assist in daily accounting tasks and financial operations. The role involves data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, and supporting senior accountants in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate ledgers.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations.
- Support in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Assist in audits and document management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial tools.
- Eager to learn and grow in an accounting role.
