We are a fast-moving creative agency delivering branding, content production, and events. The Accountant and Office Administrator owns day-to-day finance operations and keeps the studio running smoothly. You will work closely with producers and account leads to manage project costing, cash flow, and compliance while handling office administration and light HR or PRO support.
Key responsibilities
Accounting and finance
- Accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, credit notes, collections
- Bank, card, and petty cash reconciliations.
- Month-end close, management reports, and cash flow forecasts
- UAE VAT preparation and filing, records, audit support
- Corporate Tax basics and coordination with external advisors
- Payroll through WPS, leaves and entitlements, end of service calculations
Admin and operations
- Office management including supplies, utilities, insurance, asset register, trade license renewals
- Vendor and freelancer onboarding, NDAs, POs and GRNs, rate card maintenance
- Calendar support for leadership, preparation of trackers and simple board packs
HR and PRO support
- Drafting offers and basic HR letters aligned with UAE labor law
- Coordination with PRO for visas, Emirates ID, medicals, and free zone renewals
- Policy document maintenance and simple workflow updates in HRIS or spreadsheets
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of accounting or admin experience in the UAE
- Strong UAE VAT knowledge and audit preparation exposure
- Hands-on with Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online or Xero and advanced Excel or Google Sheets
- Fluent English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
