Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of sales activities, timely processing of orders, and effective coordination between internal departments and customers. This role is key to improving the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage and track customer orders, inquiries, and deliveries.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update customer databases, pricing lists, and sales records.
- Communicate with customers to provide order updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with the production, logistics, and accounts departments to ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
- Generate and analyze sales reports, targets, and performance metrics.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare internal reports and presentations for management review.
- Follow up with sales representatives on pending quotations, leads, and collections.
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and filed properly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a sales coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or FMCG sector.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
- Knowledge of UAE market and logistics coordination.
