We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounting & Administrative Officer to join our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting within the construction industry, with strong organizational and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting (Construction-Focused):
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Track and process supplier invoices, subcontractor payments, and project-related costs
- Monitor project budgets, assist with cost control, and generate regular cash flow reports
- Maintain accurate financial records for ongoing renovations and construction contracts
- Support coordination with external accountants and auditors
Administrative & Office Management:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and general administration
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, forms, and templates
- Order and manage office supplies and stationery
- Ensure office cleanliness, functionality, and basic upkeep
- Support the project team with document control, scheduling, and communication
HR & Internal Coordination:
- Maintain employee records and assist with timesheets, attendance tracking, and basic HR forms
- Support onboarding of new employees and coordination of HR-related documentation
- Handle basic internal memos, letters, and staff communication
- Liaise with PRO or HR consultant as needed for visa and labour documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and admin roles within the construction industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of project-based accounting and construction cost tracking
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software (QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar)
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
