Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our finance department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in real-world accounting and financial practices across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain financial documentation in an organized and secure manner
- Monitor and track expenses, payments, and outstanding balances with timely follow-ups
- Maintain separate accounting records and financial reports for different entities
- Assist in the preparation and filing of VAT and Corporate Tax returns in line with local regulations
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and assist with audit and compliance tasks
- Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and time management abilities
