Company Overview
We are a fast-growing and results-driven property management and investment company, known for our professional excellence and sound financial governance. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Accounts Manager to lead our finance function, safeguard our financial health, and drive continuous financial improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Oversight:
- Lead the full spectrum of accounting operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Financial Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements by IFRS.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE VAT, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
Cash Flow & Investment Oversight:
- Monitor company cash flow, prepare liquidity forecasts, and support financial decision-making for property and investment portfolios.
- Analyze investment performance and report financial insights to senior leadership.
Audit & Risk Management:
- Coordinate with auditors and external consultants to complete annual audits and risk assessments.
- Implement and enforce internal financial controls and procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Executive Management Team, Investment Analysts, and Property Managers to align financial strategies with business goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, and ACCA are a strong advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of solid accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Industry experience in property management, real estate, or investment firms is highly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS, UAE financial laws, VAT, and compliance frameworks.
- Advanced skills in financial systems (ERP such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally).
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
