Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month

Overview:

The Warehouse Gym is a leading organization in the fitness industry, committed to delivering exceptional services while upholding the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a meticulous and motivated Accounts Payable Officer, preferably with a background in the fitness or food & beverage (F&B) industry, to join our finance team and contribute to managing and streamlining our accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and maintain an up-to-date accounts payable ledger.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve any payment-related issues.
• Prepare, process, and record payments with proper documentation.
• Reconcile accounts payable with the general ledger and generate relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA are an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teams.
• Knowledge of industry-specific accounting practices (particularly in fitness or F&B) is a plus.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Previous experience in the fitness or F&B industry is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero (certified), SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Hands-on experience in handling high volumes of invoices and managing vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
