We are a reputable, 19-year-old Graphics and Display Solutions company, specializing in high-quality Display Stands, Kiosks, Signage, and Exhibition Stands. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Acrylic Fabricator / Letter Maker to become a key member of our dynamic production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precisely fabricate and assemble acrylic letters and display components, ensuring clean glue application and high-quality finishes.
- Prepare and load raw materials and components accurately for machine processing.
- Measure and mark cutting lines based on design specifications with precision.
- Operate fabrication machinery and perform manual assembly tasks efficiently.
- Inspect components to verify correct alignment and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct test runs to ensure proper equipment setup and functionality.
- Monitor machine operations and make real‑time adjustments to optimize performance.
- Perform routine quality checks and measurements to ensure products meet established standards.
- Conduct regular maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma in a Technical Field or relevant vocational training.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Acrylic Fabrication, Signage, or Display Manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-quality results.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools and machinery used in acrylic fabrication.
- Immediate availability preferred.
