We are a trading company based in Dubai looking for General Admin Assistant;
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations as required.
- Maintain accurate records of company files, contracts, and official documents.
- Prepare purchase orders, invoices, and shipment-related documents when required.
- Update and monitor databases to ensure data accuracy and availability.
- Track and follow up on international shipments from origin to destination.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Update management on shipment status, delays, and any issues encountered.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company procedures.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Assist in monitoring office supplies and placing purchase requests.
- Support HR with administrative tasks such as leave records and onboarding.
- Generate reports related to shipments, expenses, and administrative activities.
- Maintain follow-up logs for pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Escalate shipment or documentation issues to management when necessary.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
