Position: Office Administration Staff (Real Estate)
Location: International City, Dubai
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in UAE (Real Estate Admin preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handling Tenancy Contract Renewals
- Preparing Tenancy Contracts and related documentation
- Communicating with tenants regarding renewals
- Following up on payments and deadlines
- Performing accurate data entry
- Supporting the property management and leasing teams with admin tasks
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in administrative roles
- Experience in real estate office administration
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written)
- Strong MS Office and Excel skills
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Customer service skills for tenant communication
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Basic knowledge of RERA documentation and tenancy laws is a plus
