We are actively recruiting for the role of Admin/Receptionist for its Dubai Operations.
We are considering profiles with the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare, laboratory, or service-based environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with databases or booking systems.
- Professional, approachable, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage bookings and scheduling efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, patients, and suppliers (in person, via phone, and email).
- Register patient, sample, and test details accurately into the system.
- Maintain professional communication and coordination with clients and suppliers.
- Welcome and entertain visitors (clients or suppliers) at the lab, ensuring a positive experience.
- Handle general administrative duties, including filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Support management with additional office tasks as required.
