Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and organized Admin cum Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in daily administrative tasks while supporting the sales team with coordination, documentation, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team schedules, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and official correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain and update client records and sales databases
- Provide support to management and sales executives
- Follow up with clients for payments and documentation
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or sales coordination roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Experience in fire and safety industry preferred
