Position Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and well-organized Admin Executive who can efficiently handle communication with buyers and sellers, support day-to-day office activities, and assist in basic accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth communication between the company, buyers, and sellers.
- Handle emails, calls, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, and records using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Assist with basic accounting and data entry tasks.
- Manage filing systems and office supplies inventory.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles or software.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
