Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and versatile individual to join our team as an Operations & Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing office logistics, responding to inquiries, and supporting the leadership team in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
- Manage office cleanliness, maintenance, and supply inventory (ordering, stocking, coordinating cleaners)
- Maintain and organize internal records and filing systems
- Coordinate courier services and deliveries
- Support HR with scheduling interviews and onboarding documents
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and petty cash tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, landlords, and service providers
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and documentation
- Handle ad hoc tasks and administrative requests from management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Business Administration or similar field)
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Positive, can-do attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
