Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and record keeping.
- Prepare and process invoices, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and courier companies for order tracking and deliveries.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management.
- Support sales and marketing teams with administrative tasks.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and exhibitions when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company documents and information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, office management, or a similar role (experience in perfume, beauty, or FMCG industry is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
