1. Customer Service:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and handle scheduling of pest control services.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
2. Office Administration:
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, and managing office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
- Manage the company’s scheduling system, including coordinating appointments for technicians and ensuring proper routing for efficiency
4. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of pest control services, including treatment reports and inspection logs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails; schedule service appointments.
- Maintain client records and service histories.
- Coordinate technician schedules and routes.
- Order office and field supplies.
- Prepare reports and track job completion.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- 2+ years in office administration, preferably in a service industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Language English, Hindi Mandatory
- Preference will be given candidates currently in Dubai.
