About The Role
As an Administrator in Talent Acquisition team you will play an active role in the candidate journey from the interview scheduling up to contract signing. You will support a large recruitment team with high volume hiring and ensure candidates are processed in a timely and professional manner, in line with the company SOPs and local labour law.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with all recruitment related administrative tasks including interview scheduling, document collection and verification, creation of employment contracts
- Assist in organizing online and in person recruitment events for local and overseas candidates
- Work closely with recruitment agencies on interview sessions scheduling, sharing interview results and successful candidates' document collection
- Assist in the coordination of Talent Acquisition projects related to internal policies, tools and processes
- Communicate internally and externally with various stakeholders in a friendly and professional manner
- Signal any potential compliance breeches and monitor the recruitment data correctness
- Ensure that all appropriate correspondence is produced and all records are maintained
- Work closely with other HR teams to ensure seamless processing of internal transfers and promotions, monitoring onboarding timelines and streamlining interdivisional processes
- Maintain all recruitment related administration issues including invoices, attestations of documents, correspondence with recruitment agencies, medical receipt expense reports etc.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a Human Resources environment. To succeed in the role you should be comfortable using MS Office tools, managing your inbox efficiently and learning new applications and systems with ease. You will build relationships within the organisation quickly and communicate with candidates with confidence and enthusiasm.
