Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels including networking, referrals, digital marketing, and partnerships.
- Develop strategic acquisition campaigns targeting SMEs, project developers, and high-potential individuals in need of financing.
Client Onboarding & Relationship Building
- Qualify leads and assess client readiness for funding applications.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication of required steps
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term engagement.
Liaison Between Clients & Investors
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and our investor/lender network.
- Ensure that clients’ financial proposals and applications are well-prepared and aligned with investor requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups between parties.
Market & Product Insight
- Stay updated on market trends, funding instruments, and investor expectations.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve product offerings and value proposition based on client feedback and investor input.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track and report acquisition metrics, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing the acquisition funnel.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in client acquisition, financial services sales, or business development, preferably in a loan brokerage or investment facilitation environment.
- Strong understanding of loan products, investor requirements, and funding processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools, lead management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
